ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

Upon placing your order with Glide & Gear, we will initially authorise your payment method, but rest assured, your card will not be charged immediately. Our team will then verify the availability of the product you've selected with our suppliers. Should the product be ready for immediate shipment, we will proceed with charging your card and your order will be on its way to you. In the event of any delays, such as an item being on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you of the situation.

SHIPPING YOUR ORDER

After your order is confirmed and in stock, we will process your payment and ensure your order is dispatched within 5 business days. You will receive an email containing your tracking information within 48 hours of your order leaving our warehouse. If tracking details have not been received within 6 business days, please contact our customer support team at info@glideandgear.co.uk for assistance. INSPECTING YOUR DELIVERY:

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS POLICY:

Should you decide to cancel your order more than 24 hours after placement, be aware that additional charges may apply. For orders that have already been dispatched, the buyer is responsible for any costs incurred in returning the product. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the order.
