Step 1: Activate your cover
Fill out the relevant information via the link below or in the email sent to you following your purchase. Ensure this is completed within 7 days of receiving your order.
Step 2: Receive Your Policy Documents
You will receive a copy of your policy documents via email once your cover is activated.
Step 3: Option to Renew
Your free cover will simply expire after 14 days. You will be invited via email to purchase an annual insurance product if you choose to continue your coverage. You can opt out of these emails at any time.

- Eligibility: This offer is only applicable to purchases of Electric Assist Pedal Cycles (EAPC) and pedal bikes from Glide & Gear.
- Exclusions: Bikes with motors over 250W and/or those that are throttle-assisted are not included in this offer.
- Activation: The complimentary insurance must be activated within 7 days of purchase. Failure to activate within this period will result in forfeiture of the insurance offer.
- Security Requirements: To validate the insurance, specific security requirements must be met, including the use of approved locks and securing the bike properly when unattended.
- Coverage Period: The insurance coverage is valid for 14 days from the date of activation.
