ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY

Engwe bikes arrive 80% pre-assembled, ensuring a quick setup upon delivery. Typically, in-stock bikes are delivered within 10 working days. You will need to attach the front wheel, saddle, handlebars, and pedals. All necessary tools and a detailed instruction manual are included with your purchase. 14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Should you decide an item isn't what you wanted, you have the option to send it back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. It's important to reach out to us via email first, providing your order number and the reason for your return before you ship the item back.
