The 375Wh battery, discreetly integrated into the rear pannier rack, provides up to 40 miles (64km) of range on a single charge and recharges in just 5 hours. With a key-lock mechanism, you can secure the battery for peace of mind in public spaces, and easily remove it for convenient charging. Powered by a reliable Bafang rear hub motor delivering 32Nm of torque, the Elegance makes uphill climbs and flat terrain a breeze.

With 5 power modes and an intuitive LED handlebar display, you can customise your ride to suit your needs. The additional walk assist mode engages the motor to help push the bike uphill effortlessly. 1 YEAR WARRANTY

This electric bicycle comes with a comprehensive 1-year warranty that covers all mechanical and electrical parts, including the frame, forks, seat, motor, controller, battery, and charger. This ensures you can ride with complete confidence.

In addition, we offer an extended warranty of up to 5 years for all frames and forks:

• 5 years for steel and titanium frames and forks.
• 3 years for rigid alloy frames and forks.
  

Please note, this warranty does not extend to regular wear and tear, damage or malfunction resulting from accidents, incidental or subsequent damages, or any usage of the product that deviates from the operational guidelines provided in the user manual. Important Note: To activate the warranty, customers must have the bike inspected by a certified bike mechanic upon delivery and conduct a pre-delivery inspection. This step is essential to ensure all components are in perfect working condition and to maintain the validity of the warranty.

Each Dawes electric bike arrives 99% pre-assembled and has undergone a thorough pre-delivery inspection (PDI). Upon receiving your bike, you will only need to make minor adjustments, such as straightening the handlebar and attaching the pedals, which have been adjusted for shipping.

As each bike is built to order, please expect delivery within approximately 7-10 working days from the order date.

If you prefer faster delivery, that may be possible without the pre-build option. In that case, the bike arrives boxed, 85% assembled. It is highly recommended that final assembly be conducted by someone competent with the basic mechanics of a bicycle, if you require the help of your local bike shop please be aware the service will be chargeable. 

If you choose this option, expect delivery within approximately 3-5 working days from the order date.

Should you decide an item isn't what you wanted, you have the option to send it back to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. It's important to reach out to us via email first, providing your order number and the reason for your return before you ship the item back.
