Your e-bike arrives nearly fully assembled, and some brands include a Pre-Delivery Inspection. For added peace of mind, you can choose a licensed mechanic to complete the assembly, ensuring everything is in perfect working order while offering you a walk-through of your new bike’s features.

Initial 30-Day Service

At Glide & Gear, we strongly recommend you get your e-bike serviced in the first 30 days from purchase. Engage with skilled mechanics for a comprehensive overview of your e-bike's maintenance needs. Learn proper gear usage, battery charging techniques, and essential tips for upkeep.

From then, we recommend you refer to your bike's owner's manual for recommended servicing intervals, typically every 1000 kilometers or 600 miles.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

ORDER CONFIRMATION PROCESS:

Upon placing your order with Glide & Gear, we will initially authorise your payment method, but rest assured, your card will not be charged immediately. Our team will then verify the availability of the product you've selected with our suppliers. Should the product be ready for immediate shipment, we will proceed with charging your card and your order will be on its way to you. In the event of any delays, such as an item being on backorder, we will cancel the pre-authorisation and notify you of the situation.

I’ve had my panther since November 2020. It’s an awesome bike, the power when it cuts in still puts a smile on my face. I travel 8 miles each way to work and generally use level 2 or 3. because there are a few hills I find I have to recharge the battery every evening. I have ridden on the flat with throttle only, and achieved a speed well in excess of what is stated. My only concern is the amount of mud and water that sprays up into the lock cylinder for the battery. I am in the process of designing a front mud flap to stop this. As i said this bike is awesome and I am recommending e movement to everyone.

As its electric, most people might not notice but I tried riding it without the pedal assist and throttle, has a very smooth ride to it and very sturdy

A massive electric bike, gives you a beast feel! but does amazing off roading specially with the shock absorbers
